What’s IZZI is? IZZI Telecom is a subsidiary of Grupo Televisa, provides telephony, high-speed internet, cable TV, and mobile services to residential and business clients across Mexico. Leveraging extensive fiber-optic and coaxial infrastructure, Izzi delivers reliable connectivity, solidifying its leadership through innovation and strategic service bundles.
At IZZI, I entered the telecommunications industry, bringing creative strategies to a massive and highly competitive market.
Here, I learned to work with strict branding guidelines, tight timelines, and large-scale KPIs.

My role at IZZI Telecom involved developing and executing strategies to boost field sales. I supported sales teams by providing tools, promotional materials, and initiatives designed to enhance their effectiveness and customer acquisition efforts.
